'The Alberts' is a conservation area in one of the most picturesque parts of Richmond, Surrey, just a few minutes walk from the famous 'Richmond Hill'. It's built around a collection of streets and cul-de-sacs centered on Albert Road (from where it gets its name). Despite being only around 400 houses, the area has a rich history and sense of community spanning over 100 years.

The location is one of the most sought after in the whole of Greater London: between 5 and 8 minutes (depending on how fast you walk of course) to the Richmond Rail and London Underground Station (for Tube, South West Trains, and MetroLink services), similarly for the Richmond Bus Station, and it's also within walking distance of Richmond Park, the largest Royal Park in the whole of London (almost 1000 hectares, or 2500 acres in old money).

As a resident in 'The Alberts', you're literally on the dividing line between the Surrey countryside and the bustling metropolis of London. Coupled with the natural beauty of the nearby Thames River, it simply doesn't get much better than this.
